Dana has been with the School of Engineering since 2014. During her time as an advisor for the CSE department, she worked closely with the university central advising office to revise the academic probation protocol. Additionally, she has created an Engineering Success Seminar for students on SoE probation.

Dana provides collaborative program management for experiential educational experiences in the school of engineering, as well as the promotion of faculty engagement in academic advising and life transformative education practices. This includes directing the Engineering House Living and Learning Community, co-management and promotion of international engineering programs and collaboration with the Center for Career Development regarding internship and co-op opportunities for students. Additionally, she emphasizes on cultivating relationships amongst campus constituents to develop new partnerships and experiential educational experiences for students.

About Dana

On the weekends and during off time, Dana enjoys caring for and riding her rescued Standardbred horse named Hot Rod.

In 2019, she was awarded Academic Advisor of the Year and was also recognized by ResLife as an Institutional Staff Member of the Month. Dana has a M.S. in Higher Education Administration and an Ed.D. in Educational Leadership.
