About Lisa:  Lisa Ephraim started in the BME Program at UConn in 2006 and as an Academic Advisor for Biomedical Engineering students in 2007. Lisa earned her BA in Psychology from Eastern Connecticut State University. She advises all levels of undergraduates including Honors students and Pre-Medical/Pre-Dental students. She also assists the BME Department with a variety of Undergraduate Program duties including admissions, promotion of BME activities, scholarships, course scheduling, etc.  She gains great satisfaction from advising her students and helping them become successful in industry and graduate school. She is also the Advisor for the UConn student chapters of Global Brigades and MEDLIFE.
